At Novonesis, we are dedicated to building scalable, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions that support our global business. As a Senior Integration Developer, you will play a key role in shaping our integration landscape on a modern, enterprise-grade platform.

You will join a geographically distributed team of skilled employees and consultants who design, develop, and operate integrations across Novonesis. We work closely together across time zones and functions—participating in major cross-company initiatives while managing our own agile setup for day-to-day tasks. Our work ensures that critical data flows seamlessly between systems, enabling Novonesis to deliver on its purpose worldwide.

In this role you will make an impact by: ( In this role, you will have global responsibilities and work on a mix of operational, tactical, and developmental tasks)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations on our Boomi Enterprise Integration platform—hands-on, with an emphasis on quality and scalability.
• Investigate and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring stable and secure system communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers, providing coaching, code reviews, and design guidance.
• Drive best practices and process maturity improvements in integration architecture, documentation and development processes.

Additional responsibilities

• Participate in large cross-functional projects and maintain close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, SMEs, and external consultants.
• Contribute to continuous optimization and innovation of our integration landscape.
• Lead and contribute to management of the AWS based integration infrastructure platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• University degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in integration development and software architecture.
• Boomi Integration Development Certifications (highly valued).
• Extensive practical experience with: Boomi iPaaS and Boomi Data Hub. REST, SOAP, WSDL and related testing tools. Translating business needs into robust technical design.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• In addition to integration development skills, a consulting mindset
• A proactive, independent working style with strong task-management skills.

Working model: Our team operates in a hybrid or fully remote setup, providing flexibility and autonomy in your workday.
Travel requirements are very limited .
