Mad & Kaffe Lyngby continues to grow, and with a busy kitchen and increasing demand, we're looking for an ambitious and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.

About the role

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain our high culinary standards, and help create a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading daily kitchen operations and service

• Maintaining consistency and quality in every dish

• Ordering and stock management

• Planning preparation and organizing the kitchen

• Leading and motivating the team during service

• Supporting, coaching, and developing junior team members

• Helping create a structured, positive, and professional working environment

About you

You're passionate about food, leadership, and teamwork. You enjoy taking responsibility, thrive in a busy kitchen, and stay calm and focused when the pace is high.
