Commercial Co-Founder / Go-To-Market Lead (Equity)

We're looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to join INNU and lead our go-to-market journey. This is not a salaried position. It's an opportunity to become a true co-founder with significant equity and help build a SaaS company from the ground up.

Every company says culture matters. Very few know how to measure it objectively. INNU is building a modern SaaS platform based on the one of the world's most recognized frameworks for measuring organizational culture. Our vision is to make culture measurable, actionable and continuously improvable. INNU enables organizations to:

• Measure current and preferred organizational culture
• Benchmark teams and departments
• Track cultural development over time
• Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Turn culture into a strategic management tool

Our ambition is to build a scalable B2B SaaS product for organizations and consultants across Europe.

WHERE WE ARE TODAY

The technical foundation is already in place. The product is being built by an ambitious development team, and test users are joining the platform as we speak. Now we're looking for the person who wants to own everything commercial.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As Commercial Co-Founder you'll have responsibility for:

• Defining our go-to-market strategy
• Finding product-market fit
• Customer discovery interviews
• Pricing strategy
• Sales process and CRM
• First paying customers
• Partnerships with HR consultancies
• Building the commercial organization over time

You'll have significant influence on both the product and company strategy.
