As Service Delivery Responsible, you'll play a key role in connecting business ambitions with successful technology delivery. Working at the intersection of business, IT, and our strategic development partner TCS, you'll help create the transparency, structure, and momentum needed to turn plans into results.

About the role | Connecting strategy, delivery, and execution
As part of Business Information & Development (BID), you will support Business Technology Leadership in driving a professional and efficient development area. The role combines delivery governance, stakeholder management, vendor collaboration, and financial oversight.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving transparency across roadmaps, priorities, delivery plans, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment between development investments and strategic business objectives
• Follow up on budgets, forecasts, capacity plans, and investment priorities.
• Supporting planning, execution, and follow-up of development activities via KPI management
• Facilitating collaboration across Product Families, Hubs, and delivery teams
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early and helping resolve them proactively
• Challenging delivery plans, estimates, and assumptions to support realistic commitments and successful outcome

A significant part of the role involves strengthening the collaboration with TCS. You will act as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and external delivery teams, helping ensure realistic planning, clear accountability, and a strong focus on business value. You will also help challenge plans, priorities, and delivery assumptions to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with business objectives.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience with IT delivery, service delivery, application development, or technology governance
• Build strong relationships and communicate confidently across functions and seniority levels
• Have worked with external vendors or strategic technology partners
• Understand software development, lifecycles and agile ways of working
• Bring a structured and analytical approach to planning, prioritisation, and decision-making

You do not need to come from the insurance industry. What matters most is your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, create alignment, and help teams deliver successfully.
