Composites technicians

Tuco Marine Group is growing, and we are looking for experienced Composite Technicians and Molders to join our skilled production team in Faaborg, where we design and build the renowned ProZero workboats.

About the Role
As part of our production team, you will play an important role in manufacturing high-performance professional vessels using advanced composite materials.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Composite lamination using fiberglass and carbon fiber
• Vacuum infusion processes
• Mold preparation and composite production
• Ensuring high quality throughout the production process
• Working closely with experienced colleagues in a modern production environment

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience working with composite materials
• Has practical experience with vacuum infusion technology
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player
• Is structured, quality-conscious, and takes pride in delivering excellent craftsmanship
• Is proactive, flexible, and committed to achieving the best results
• Has an interest in boats or the maritime industry (this is an advantage but not a requirement)
