Außendienstmitarbeiter Dermatology (all genders)
Konkret bedeutet das:
- Fachliche Information, Präsentation und Vermarktung der entsprechenden AbbVie Produkte bei niedergelassenen Fachärzten und Fachärzten in Kliniken unter Berücksichtigung § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz (AMG) „Pflichten des Pharmaberaters“
- Zielgruppenorientierte Präsentation und Vermarktung unserer Produkte entsprechend der festgelegten Brand-Strategie. Hierfür nutzt du einen breiten Omnichannel Ansatz für den entsprechenden Marketing-Mix
- Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen sowie Präsenz bei regionalen und überregionalen Veranstaltungen
- Kontinuierliche Marktanalyse anhand der vorliegenden Daten im Hinblick auf die Umsatzentwicklung des eigenen Produktes sowie die des Wettbewerbs, Identifizierung von Potentialen und kritischen Entwicklungen sowie die Ableitung der entsprechenden strategischen Aktivitäten für das Targeting und die Accountpläne
- Konzeption, Abstimmung und Umsetzung eines Gebietsplans im Infield-Team
- Sammlung von Marktinformationen und Kundeneinblicken sowie die Ermittlung der Kundenposition im Vertriebszyklus
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit deinem Regionalleiter, deinen Kollegen und anderen x-funktionalen Bereichen sowie die Förderung des konstanten Erfahrungs- und Ideenaustauschs.
- Proaktiver und kontinuierlicher Einsatz für die Bedürfnisse des Kunden
- Mitverantwortung zur Erreichung der Regionsziele
- Professionelles Reporting: fristgerechte und ordnungsgemäße Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben
- Einhaltung aller geltenden Anforderungen der Funktion sowie der gesetzlichen und behördlichen Auflagen einschließlich der Procedures und Verfahren zu Ethik und Compliance sowie zu den „Grundsätzen für das Verhalten im Geschäftsleben" (Code of Business Conduct)
Qualifications
So machst du den Unterschied:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, Pharmareferentenausbildung bzw. erforderliche Sachkenntnis gemäß §75 Arzneimittelgesetz
- Eine erfolgreiche Außendiensttätigkeit in der pharmazeutischen Industrie ist von Vorteil, aber keine unbedingte Voraussetzung. Was uns viel wichtiger ist, ist Begeisterung für den Job und Spaß an Weiterentwicklung
- Fähigkeit, komplexe wissenschaftliche Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht darzustellen und mit unterschiedlichen Kundengruppen zu diskutieren
- Hohe Überzeugungskraft sowie eine abschlussstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Agilität und Motivation Ziele zu verfolgen und zu erreichen
- Ausgeprägte digitale Kompetenz und analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Kreativität
- Pioniergeist und ausgeprägter Erfolgswille, der auch die eigene Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen miteinschließt
- Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Und das Wichtigste: Du bist begeisterungsfähig; du hast Empathie und Spaß am Vertrieb.
