På vegne af Cross Border Talents søger vi dansktalende kundeservicerådgivere, der ønsker at bo og arbejde i den livlige by Athen. I denne rolle yder du kundesupport via telefon, e-mail og chat og leverer fremragende service, mens du nyder den mediterrane livsstil.
Vi tilbyder
- Løn: 1.200 -1.500 pr. måned (udbetalt over 14 måneder), afhængigt af projektet
- Månedlig præstationsbonus: +10-15%
- Lovpligtige tillæg:
- +25% for nattetimer (22:00-06:00)
- +75% for søndage og helligdage
- Fleksible roterende vagter: Mandag-fredag eller mandag-søndag (afhængigt af projektet), med to fridage om ugen
- Relokationspakke:
- To ugers betalt hotelophold
- Flybillet (inden for EU)
- Afhentning i lufthavnen

Vi søger
- Flydende dansk (tale og skrift)
- Engelsk på minimum B2-niveau
- Grundlæggende IT-færdigheder
- Kundeorienteret og stærke kommunikationsevner
- Klar til at flytte til Athen eller starte remote fra Athen denne måned
