Your role - where ambition meets impact As a Market Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving and supporting BOLIA’s international expansion. You will work hands-on with projects across multiple markets, ensuring progress, structure, and high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities: Global Expansion & Deal Execution:

• International travel and on-site visits (approx. 40 travel days per year)
• Actively support the negotiation and re-negotiation of lease agreements in close collaboration with the Head of International Market Development
• Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial terms
• Contribute to the execution and structure of international expansion projects
• Take ownership of selected agreements related to Retail Store contracts and HUB´s

Stakeholder Management & International Coordination:

• Drive professional communication and follow-up with landlords, brokers, internal and external partners
• Ensure transparency, and alignment across all contractual matters
• Coordinate across multiple markets and stakeholders—internally and externally

Strategy & Project Excellence:

• Contribute to the development of BOLIA’s global expansion strategy
• Participate in expansion and budget meetings, supporting preparation and follow-up
• Prepare decision materials, analyses, and presentations for Market Development
• Coordinate projects across departments to ensure efficient execution

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure structured documentation and strong follow-up across all activities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and create clarity

• Hold a relevant degree in Business Development, Real Estate, Expansion, or a related field
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Work in a structured and organized way with great attention to detail
