Join the vibrant world of internal communications at Siemens Energy, where your contributions will engage employees across the globe. As a working student, you will research and create captivating content in English, assisting in the development of articles, Viva Engage news, videos, presentations, and posts for our internal channels, while also gathering data from these platforms. This role offers you hands-on experience in both editorial and technical content creation, allowing you to contribute to events and campaigns that connect our diverse workforce. Immerse yourself in the energy industry and make a meaningful impact!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain and update content across our internal communications platforms to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Create editorial content tailored to various audiences and channels, enhancing communication effectiveness.
• Participate in communication and engagement projects and campaigns that inspire and connect employees.
• Support reporting, content administration, and channel performance tracking to optimize our communication strategies.

What You Bring

• You are currently studying journalism, communication, media studies, or a related field.
• You possess strong English language skills. Danish language skills is an advantage
• You approach your work with creativity and care.
• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
• You understand how to tailor communication to different target audiences and channels effectively.
• You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in corporate communications and a keen interest in the energy transition.
• Good excel skills and familiarity with SharePoint or other communication platforms is a plus.
