Pricing Analyst - Own Pricing in Hilti Denmark

What’s your role?

Hilti Denmark are looking for a Pricing Analyst who will play a key role in driving pricing excellence and supporting profitable growth. In this role, you will own the pricing roadmap, strengthen pricing capabilities across the sales organization, and turn data into actionable insights that support better business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership, both locally and regionally.

What You'll do

As our Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our pricing setup while also supporting the organization with valuable business intelligence and analytical insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving pricing excellence and own the pricing development roadmap for Hilti Denmark.
• Developing, operating, steering, and maintaining pricing processes for the market organization.
• Building pricing capabilities within the sales force and supporting the roll-out and maintenance of pricing tools.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize and implement standard pricing processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business performance.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across leadership, sales, marketing, and finance - locally and regionally.
• Analyzing customer purchasing behavior and identifying data-driven opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Providing ad hoc pricing and analytical support to the organization as needed.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, solid business understanding, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You are structured, proactive, and confident working across functions and stakeholder groups.
We imagine that you have:

• A university degree in business, economics, or a related field, with 0-3 years of work experience in pricing, business intelligence, analytics or similar.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; highly comfortable working with large data sets.
• A solid understanding of business, processes and pricing, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a simple and engaging way
• A structured and independent work style with strong ownership of tasks.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
