Genmab seeks a student worker to support VAT compliance and accounting operations within its global team. The role involves VAT reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and invoice preparation for an international biotechnology company. Position offers 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assist with VAT return preparation and indirect tax reporting
- Prepare and validate source data and supporting documentation for tax filings
- Support EC Sales Lists, Intrastat, and Denmark-specific International Trade in Services reporting
- Prepare internal and customs invoices for cross-border movement of goods within EU and non-EU regions
- Reconcile departmental data and identify inconsistencies such as incorrect VAT numbers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at Copenhagen University in Tax, Accounting, Business Law, Economics, or Business Administration
- Interest in VAT, tax compliance, and accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data and numbers
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
- Detail-oriented with ability to recognize patterns and inconsistencies
Compensation: DKK 180.00 per hour
