About the role
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. Previous professional experience is not required, provided you have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent skills gained through another pathway.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build deep expertise within SEM (Search Engine Marketing) while gaining exposure to a broader activation toolbox. Over time, you will develop an understanding of how search, customer experience, analytics, personalisation and automation work together to drive business outcomes.

We are looking for someone who wants to understand how organisations create value through customer experiences, technology and digital activation, with a specialization in SEM.

You will work alongside experienced consultants and gain exposure to customer journeys, activation, personalisation, SEM, analytics, AI and experimentation. Experience from consulting, digital marketing, analytics or customer experience is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.

What you will do

• Develop expertise within Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Learn campaign planning, optimisation and measurement across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Understand how SEM connects with customer journeys, analytics, personalisation and marketing automation
• Support experimentation and AI-enabled optimisation initiatives
• Help turn data and observations into clear insights, presentations and actions.
• Collaborate with consultants across Activation, Customer Experience, Analytics, SEO and SEM.
• Take ownership of your learning and ask for support early when needed.

What we're looking for

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent skills developed through another route.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity, initiative and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
• Interest in technology, AI, customer experience, analytics or digital marketing.
• Comfort working across different topics rather than specialising immediately in one channel.

Nice to have

• Internship, student consultancy, agency, part-time or project experience.
• Any exposure to consulting, digital marketing, analytics, personalisation, customer experience or marketing technology.
• Experience using AI tools in studies, projects or work.
• Experience presenting findings, solving client problems or working in multidisciplinary teams.

What you will learn
You will not be limited to a single discipline. Through client work, coaching and collaboration, you will build experience across activation strategy, customer experience, personalisation, marketing automation, analytics and insights, SEO and SEM, experimentation and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
