To support this, we are looking for a Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service. This is a hands-on role where agility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key to success.

About the role

As Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator at Vitamin Well Denmark, you will take end-to-end operational responsibility for one of our largest customers – from sales forecasting to delivery coordination and stock-level analysis . Working closely with Sales, you will help ensure the right products and quantities are available at the right time.

Alongside your key customer responsibility, you will be an important part of our day-to-day customer service and order management , supporting orders and deliveries across our wider customer base and helping ensure smooth operations.

An important part of the role will also be taking ownership of our Danish website and consumer service . You will handle and follow up on consumer inquiries and cases, ensuring that consumers receive professional and timely support and that recurring feedback or issues are identified and communicated internally.

You will report to the Operations Manager and be based at our Danish headquarters in central Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities include:

• Take end-to-end operational ownership of one of our largest customers, ensuring a smooth flow from forecast to final delivery

• Monitor and analyse stock levels, availability, and inventory development, proactively identifying risks and taking corrective action

• Take operational ownership of our Danish D2C website and handle consumer service, handling consumer inquiries, complaints, and cases professionally and efficiently

• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance on pricing, invoicing, deliveries, and other operational matters

• Support the Operations team on ad hoc tasks

• Identify recurring consumer and customer issues and use insights to improve processes and the overall customer experience

• Continuously improve operational processes, finding smarter and more efficient ways of working

Who are you

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role

• Experience with demand planning

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Strong analytical skills and IT-savvy mindset

• The ability to work at a high pace while maintaining precision

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Fluency in Danish and English
