As Creative Buyer, you’ll become part of our HALO team – a dedicated group of colleagues with diverse backgrounds in sourcing, product and category management. In Buying, we are responsible for our creative buying – a hybrid of hands-on purchasing and product development – and we work closely with our suppliers, Design, Product Development, Retail and ECOM colleagues ??

Role and Responsibilities
As a Creative Buyer, you’ll be responsible for owning your categories through the full product flow – combining hands-on buying with a creative, product-developing mindset – and building strong, close relationships with our suppliers, playing a key role in delivering impactful results – both for our team and our customers:

• Own the full product flow for your categories – from collection start to placing orders and purchasing, all the way to delivery of goods at our warehouse – proactively managing deadlines, risks, and dependencies along the way
• Combine creative product development with operational buying – contributing product ideas and improvements while building close supplier relationships through ongoing dialogue and supplier visits
• Drive fast, confident decision-making and follow-up across stakeholders, working solution-oriented to keep the process moving and reduce delays
• Work actively with KPIs and performance data across ECOM, Retail, and Marketplace, and take part in performance reviews to inform your buying decisions

How to Make the Team
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their field and a true team player. You take responsibility, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together.

To succeed in the role, we expect that you:

• Have experience with buying and purchasing, ideally combined with an eye for product development
• Are structured, decisive, and solution-oriented and thrive on getting things done
• Are motivated by an environment with high pace, close supplier dialogue, and cross-functional collaboration
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
• A relevant commercial or textile education is an advantage – but most importantly, you have the courage and desire to learn and grow
• Possibly have experience from international sourcing markets or supplier negotiations, where you've learned to navigate across cultures and disciplines

• You’re familiar with our systems and workflows

• You’ve found your rhythm and contribute with insights that help develop and lift the team
• You’ve built strong relationships – and make your teammates even better
