About the position
AET is looking for an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive the growth of our service and maintenance business within the energy sector. This is a key commercial role combining technical understanding with strong sales capabilities.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and develop service sales proposals, ensuring high quality and competitiveness
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their service needs
- Drive new business and increase conversion rates of sales opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to deliver tailored solutions
- Improve and streamline the sales and proposal process
Your profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in sales (preferably energy, industrial service or EPC sector)
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of energy systems (CHP, boilers, or similar)
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems
