Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the E-Commerce Lead at H&M, you contribute to digital commercial performance by planning and executing daily product exposure on .com and app, ensuring the offer is relevant, visible, and aligned with commercial priorities. You work closely with stakeholders to align actions and continuously improve the end-to-end digital shopping journey across customers groups.  Your main responsibilities are: 

Product exposure analysis and execution

• Publish content across .com and app channels in line with the commercial plan and targets per customer group.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of product exposure by optimizing article rankings during full-price and promotional periods to maximize performance.
• Analyze the performance of published content and product rankings to identify actionable optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize the internal search with synonym management and keyword optimization.

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Commercial Leads daily to align campaign execution, activations, and local product strategies.
• Digital Experience Lead partnership to get input on actions that ensure seamless end‑to‑end digital shopping journey across customer groups
• Work alongside Marketing to define and brief local site, owned media, and paid media actions that support commercial and customer group objectives.

WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong e‑commerce background with proven results in driving digital commercial growth and expertise in online visual merchandising. You stay curious about fashion retail and digital trends, using customer behavior insights to influence smarter product exposure and drive commercial results. You thrive in a fast‑paced digital environment where cross‑functional teamwork is essential.

• 2+ years’ eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion retail
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms and analysis tools as Power BI, Google Analytics and Content Square
• Knowledge of online merchandising, UX, and conversion optimization, including the planning and execution of A/B tests
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and adapt to industry trends

This is a Maternity cover for approx 14 months, based in the H&M support office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The E-Commerce Lead reports to the Commercial Manager.
