We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is as curious about people as they are about technology, and who wants to help turn an ambitious Human Success vision into something customers can understand, believe in, and act on.

About the role
Product Marketing sits at the intersection of product, customers, the broader market, and growth. We get close to the technology and the people it serves, turn complexity into something clear and compelling, and bring the organization with us.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape product direction, strengthen how we take Zensai to market, and turn shared understanding into differentiation, adoption, and growth.

The role spans go-to-market strategy, launches, market and competitive intelligence, sales enablement, positioning, and messaging and the buyer-facing product experience. You’ll help shape not only what Zensai says, but how buyers see, experience, understand and believe in its value throughout the buying journey.

We're also rethinking how Product Marketing gets done. We use AI to connect signals, uncover patterns, and create more space for human judgment, creativity, and collaboration. We're looking for someone who will experiment thoughtfully and help shape what an AI-enabled Product Marketing team can become.

What you'll do

• Build a connected view of customers, competitors, and the market and turn signals into insight to help product and commercial teams make better decisions

• Shape positioning and messaging so customers, buyers, partners, analysts, and internal teams understand what makes Zensai different and why it matters
• Own and continuously improve how customers experience Zensai across the buying journey, from first product exposure through evaluation.
• Create compelling demos, interactive product experiences, visual storytelling, and use-case-led journeys that make the product easy to understand, differentiated, and memorable.

• Support launches and go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution
• Partner closely with Product and Design to translate product capability into buyer-facing experiences that show value in context rather than simply explain features.
• Identify gaps in the product experience across the GTM funnel and turn them into better demos, proof points, stories, and digital experiences that increase buyer confidence and help move opportunities forward.

• Build alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while balancing competing priorities and perspectives

What success looks like

• Clear, differentiated positioning that is understood and used consistently across channels and customer touchpoints

• Compelling visual product stories and experiences that increase buyer confidence and help move opportunities forward

• A shared, evidence-based understanding of customers, competitors, and the market that teams use to make decisions

• Successful product launches including commercial readiness and customer adoption

• Strong alignment between Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams

• Measurable contribution to growth, retention, and customer success

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or AI technologies

• Experience working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to make complex ideas clear for different audiences

• Experience turning product capabilities and customer needs into clear stories and useful content across written, visual, and interactive formats

• Experience developing positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement programs

• Confidence influencing decisions and building alignment without direct authority

• Confident using AI to accelerate research, connect data, develop content, and scale impact, while knowing where human judgment matters most

• Strong commercial awareness, curiosity and a hands-on mindset

You'll stand out if you have

• Experience in HR technology, learning technology, employee engagement, performance management, or workplace platforms

• Experience bringing AI-powered products or capabilities to market, including visual storytelling assets, demos, or interactive experiences that make complex technology feel simple and compelling

• Experience conducting customer research, competitive analysis, or market intelligence programs
