Webflow Tech Lead

At Novicell, we are looking for a Webflow Designer to join our office in Aarhus. You will become part of our Experience team, where we work with UX, UI, conversion rate optimization, CX strategy, and digital experiences. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with specialists across the business to create seamless customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

As a Webflow Designer in a CX automation setup, you are much more than a website builder. You are a conversion and experience designer who transforms CX strategies, customer data, and user insights into scalable digital experiences that drive measurable results.

You will play an important role in developing websites and digital customer journeys where design, technology, and automation work hand in hand.

Does this sound like you?

Core Competencies:

• Solid experience with advanced Webflow development, including CMS, Logic, Interactions, Client-First structure, or similar methodologies.
  

• Strong UX/UI design skills with a focus on conversion optimization, user experience, and CRO.
  

• Experience with designing landing pages, funnels, and modular website architectures.
  

• Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization, including Core Web Vitals.
  

• Experience implementing tracking solutions such as GA4, Meta Pixel, and basic server-side event tracking.

CX Understanding:

• Ability to translate CX audits, user insights, and data into concrete design improvements.
  

• Understanding of customer journeys and the touchpoints that influence the experience before, during, and after conversion.
  

• Ability to design micro-interactions and experiences that reduce friction and increase user engagement.

Technical Collaboration

• Experience with API integrations through Zapier, Make, Webhooks, or similar tools.
  

• Ability to collaborate closely with automation specialists on lead flows and CRM triggers.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• Have experience from an agency, digital consultancy, or a similar role.
  

• Are curious about emerging technologies and digital trends.
  

• Can work independently and take ownership of both processes and deliverables.
  

• Are confident presenting solutions and advising clients.
  

• Thrive in cross-functional teams and actively contribute to a strong professional community.
  

• We may collaborate with colleagues on our Barcelona office's Webflow projects, making Spanish language skills a plus but not a necessity.
