At WPP Media Denmark, we are on an ambitious growth journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on, creative  Growth Marketing & Brand intern to join our Strategy & Growth team for the Spring semester (January to June).

We don’t just talk about marketing; we want to create work that shapes how the market perceives us, drives demand, and positions WPP Media as the ultimate industry thought leader.

Your mission?To take the lead on producing sharp, high-quality, visual and written content that turn our biggest wins, brightest minds, and groundbreaking client cases into scroll-stopping stories.

The Role: What you will do

Think of this internship as your personal production studio and B2B sandbox. Under the mentorship of our Strategy & Growth team, you will get your hands dirty with real execution - writing, filming, designing, and publishing content that directly impacts our brand presence.

Your focus areas will be:

• Hands-on content production & copywriting: You will be our primary content creator. You’ll write punchy LinkedIn posts, thought leadership, event write-ups into bite-sized, engaging formats.
• Visual Design & Brand Identity (Canva, Adobe, PPT):  You have a keen aesthetic eye and a passion for elevated design. Bringing our Brand Playbook to life, you will creative sleek pitch decks, digital banners, and infographics that keep our brand modern. You’ll also get to help assisting on the visual identity for our new, upcoming formats.
• Video & multimedia (Nice-to-have / Fun playground): Creating short-form videos, editing event recap clips, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments from our office and events.
• Story mining & interviews: You will proactively reach out to senior specialists across WPP Media, interview them on their latest client wins or industry insights, and translate their knowledge into sharp case stories and thought leadership content.
• Events & content activation: You will help produce all promotional and follow-up content for our exclusive client events and webinars—from teaser graphics to post-event summaries and content recaps.
• CRM & Audience Management: You’ll get hands-on experience with our CRM setup. You’ll assist in managing and segmenting our subscriber and client lists, setting up and distributing newsletters, and helping keep our contact database updated so our stories reach the right industry decision-makers at the right time.
• Ad Hoc Support & Event Operations: Beyond digital content, you will be a key hands-on player for the Strategy & Growth team. You’ll assist with the practical side of hosting our high-profile client events, seminars, and webinars—helping with everything from logistics, venue coordination, and guest hosting on the day, to jumping in on various exciting ad hoc branding, research, and growth projects as they pop up.

Who you are

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Communication, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field, where a  full-time internship is a recognized part of your studies during the  Spring semester (January – June) .

Additionally, we imagine that you:

• Love producing content: You enjoy the practical process of creating - whether it’s crafting the perfect caption, tweaking a layout in Canva, or editing a quick video clip.
• Are a strong communicator: You write clearly, sharply, and effortlessly in both  Danish and English (both languages are used in our daily content).
• Have a visual mindset: You take pride in design aesthetic and visual consistency.
• Are proactive and energetic: As an intern working 37 hours a week, you'll be fully embedded in the team. You are curious, ask questions, and jump on opportunities to create great stories.
• Are structured: You can juggle a content calendar, deadlines, and multi-asset campaigns without losing track of details.

Practical Details

• Period: January 2026 – June 2026 (exact start/end dates can be adjusted to fit your curriculum).
• Hours: 37 hours per week (Full-time internship).
• Location: Holmbladsgade, Copenhagen (Amager).
• Note: The position is an unpaid internship intended for students whose curriculum allows or requires an internship as part of their higher education.
