Student Assistant in Logistics CoE Development & Efficiency - Aarhus

If so, we’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, and self-driven Student Assistant to join our Strategic Centre of Excellence – Development & Efficiency team in Logistics.

Our team is a strategic function within logistics, focused on defining best practices, driving operational excellence, and building expertise across markets. In the team we are collaborating closely with our transportation and warehousing teams in across all core markets, enabling you to gain valuable insights into logistics flows and operations across Arla logistics.

How you will make an impact

As our Student Assistant, you will add value by supporting the continuous improvement agenda Fund our Future. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the markets on analysing and root causing to support problem solving
• Supporting data gatherings and develop front-end solutions using Power BI and Power Query
• Conducting analysis, summarising conclusions and share best practise
• Co-developing material for workshops in the markets
• Performing ad hoc tasks as needed

What will make you successful

You approach tasks with a positive mindset and aren’t afraid to ask questions to deepen your understanding and challenge the status quo. A “can-do” attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn new tools and processes are essential to succeed in this role.

Additionally, we expect that you:

• Enjoy working with data, and have some experience in working with data in Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Are proficient in both verbal and written English and capable of structuring presentations.
• Soon to start or enrolled in a master’s degree program within the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics, Business analytics, Engineering or similar.
• An advantage would be experience with lean and continuous improvements thorough either previous coursework or practical experience.

• Will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
• Can work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
