Du möter konsumenter i utvalda butiker, väcker nyfikenhet kring flera kategorier i Swedish Matchs varumärkesportföljen och omsätter bra samtal till resultat.
Det här passar dig som studerar, har ett annat deltidsjobb eller vill bygga erfarenhet inom försäljning, aktivering och starka varumärken.
Din roll
Basen i jobbet är försäljning och konsumentmöten i välbesökta servicebutiker, exempelvis Pressbyrån och 7-Eleven. Du arbetar där flödet är som störst främst helger och ibland kvällar.
Utöver butikspassen kan du få chansen att arbeta på större event, festivaler och andra aktiviteter i din stad. Där skapar du engagerande möten, bygger relationer och ger besökarna en positiv upplevelse av Swedish Match varumärken.
Det här kommer du att göra
- Aktivt ta kontakt med konsumenter och skapa engagerande samtal.
- Presentera och sälja produkter från flera kategorier i Swedish Matchs varumärkesportfölj.
- Anpassa mötet efter konsumentens behov och ge tydlig, ansvarsfull vägledning.
- Genomföra aktiveringar i butik och, när möjlighet finns, på event och festivaler.
- Arbeta självständigt mot tydliga mål samt följa upp och rapportera resultat efter passen.
- Vara en professionell lagspelare och en stark representant för både Swedish Match och WaveCrest.

- Du är social, trygg och har lätt för att skapa kontakt.
- Du drivs av försäljning, utveckling och tydliga resultat.
- Du tar ansvar, kommer förberedd och håller energin uppe även när tempot skiftar.
- Du kan arbeta flexibelt, framför allt helger.
- Erfarenhet av försäljning, service, event eller ambassadörsroller är meriterande.
