Die Rolle
- Unterstützung in der Koordination und Umsetzung der Beschaffung für unsere operativen Offshore Wind Projekte in Europa
- Analysieren und Bewerten von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Erstellen von Preisvergleichen
- Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Funktionen in internationalen Teams
- Verwalten der Arbeiten in SAP
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Meetings
- Implementierung und Verwaltung des Dokumentationssystems
- Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Anfragen zur Unterstützung laufender Projekte
Dein Profil
- Immatrikulierte:r Stundent:in idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Operations Management oder Engineering
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, Deutsch- oder Dänischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit kreativem Denken und proaktivem Handeln
- Fähigkeit zur selbständigen, aber dennoch kooperativen Arbeit in einemergebnis orientierten Teamumfeld
- Sicheres Auftreten in verschiedenen kulturellen Umgebungen und Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
