At C.C.JENSEN, Svendborg we are looking for a structured and proactive Training & Marketing Coordinator to support our global training activities and marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys coordination, communication, and content development and wants to work in an international B2B company.

About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting both our internal Training and Marketing teams.

Your work will help ensure that our internal and external training programs run smoothly while also supporting the creation and distribution of technical content used in our marketing and communication.

You will collaborate closely with trainers, marketing specialists, and colleagues across the global organization.

Your Responsibilities
Training & Course Coordination

• Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external training courses
• Book hotels, restaurants, travel and training facilities
• Coordinate participant invitations and registrations
• Prepare training materials and course documentation
• Support execution of internal & external courses
• Maintain training calendars and participant records

Training Content Support

• Assist in developing training materials such as presentations, guides and learning resources
• Help coordinate production of training videos and tutorials
• Maintain and update training content libraries

Marketing & Communications Support

• Support the marketing team with content creation and communication
• Assist with articles, case stories and technical content
• Help prepare materials for website, LinkedIn and email communication
• Support promotion and follow-up for webinars and training events

Project Coordination

• Help coordinate marketing and training projects
• Track timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders
• Support implementation of new initiatives and improvements

Your Profile
We imagine you are structured and organized, curious and enjoy working across different tasks and teams. You may have experience in marketing, communication, event coordination, or project support.

Preferred background

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communication, coordination or similar
• or
• A recent graduate within marketing, communication, business or similar

Skills

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Interest in technical topics and learning new things
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Experience with digital tools such as CMS, webinar platforms or marketing tools is a plus.
