B2B Product Coordinator

We are seeking a structured and proactive B2B Product Coordinator to join the global product team at BoConcept.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our growing B2B Sales and contract business by coordinating product-related requests, materials, certifications, marketing assets, and B2B Sales projects across functions.

You will act as a central link between B2B Sales, Product, Marketing, Sourcing, Quality and relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that requests and projects are followed through and delivered correctly and on time.

As a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, you will help create structure and transparency across product and material information, while supporting B2B Sales in progressing projects and delivering the right solutions to our B2B partners.

Reporting to the Head of Global Product Portfolio, you will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day product-related questions and coordination, as well as provide operational support across B2B Sales projects.

You will act as a key operational driver in ensuring that our product setup supports B2B Sales. You will also support and coordinate B2B Sales projects, helping to create structure, drive progress, and ensure alignment across relevant stakeholders.

Play an active role in enabling our growing B2B business; You will act as a key operational driver in ensuring that our B2B product setup supports the business. Your main tasks will be:

• Act as the go-to person for product-related questions and coordinate with relevant experts to clarify feasibility and solutions
• Own and coordinate bespoke product requests from request to delivery, ensuring clear status and timelines
• Support and coordinate B2B Sales projects across functions, ensuring alignment on product, materials, pricing, timelines, and deliverables
• Follow up on project activities, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring progress and clear communication between B2B Sales and relevant internal stakeholders
• Coordinate testing and certification processes for contract products and ensure relevant documentation is up to date
• Maintain and develop product and material structures for B2B Sales
• Maintain the B2B Sales product overview and extended product catalogue, including relevant pricing, cost, margin, MOQ, and product information
• Coordinate and maintain 3D libraries, OFML, PCon catalogue, and other product assets for partners and commercial use
• Support fabric and material selection for B2B Sales and bespoke requests
• Continuously improve processes, structure, and accessibility of B2B Sales product and material information

• Hands-on experience from the furniture or materials industry is essential
• Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, projects, timelines, and information flows
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of furniture, materials, fabrics, and product capabilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and international stakeholders
• Comfortable working with digital systems and platforms; experience with HubSpot, ServiceNow, product data, or asset libraries is an advantage
• Experience with project coordination or sales support is an advantage
