Join the PPWR Team in Novonesis' Supply Chain organization and become part of a newly established team responsible for driving our global PPWR Program and supporting compliance with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. This is a unique opportunity to join a team at the beginning of an important journey, helping Novonesis prepare for a more sustainable packaging future.

Today, we are five colleagues representing four nationalities, and we are growing as the program moves into execution. We combine a structured PMO setup and strong project management framework with an open, curious, and pragmatic way of working, creating an environment where learning and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

The role & your impact
As a Student Assistant in the PPWR Team, you will provide dedicated support to the PMO Manager and contribute to creating structure, transparency, and progress across a global transformation program.

You will gain valuable insight into how large-scale programs are managed while supporting projects that span multiple functions, stakeholders, and geographies across Novonesis.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Collecting, consolidating, and following up on project status updates, milestones, risks, actions, and decisions across the program.
• Supporting financial tracking and reporting by gathering inputs, validating data quality, and preparing clear overviews for decision-making.
• Preparing steering committee presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and other decision-support documentation.
• Supporting program communication and helping ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Providing day-to-day PMO support, including meeting documentation, action follow-up, coordination of inputs, and stakeholder communication.

What you will need to be successful
We imagine that you are currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education program and are looking to gain practical experience within program management, business operations, finance, or supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as business administration, economics, finance, supply chain management, project management, communication, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding how projects, finances, compliance requirements, and business priorities connect.
• Experience working with data and the ability to organize information, identify inconsistencies, and create structured overviews.
• Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and professional written and spoken English.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Is proactive and able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance and reliable and committed to delivering high-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail.

While not required, it would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration and documentation tools.
• An interest in project management, PMO processes, compliance, or supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting administrative, coordination, or back-office activities.
• An interest in working across functions and engaging with stakeholders from different parts of the organization.
• Curiosity about sustainability, packaging regulation, and business transformation initiatives.

You will be based in Lyngby and working closely with the PPWR Team. Working arrangements can be agreed together with the hiring manager based on business needs and study commitments.
