Project Manager – Equipment Return Logistics

Our Maersk Project Logistics division is seeking a Project Manager for our Industrial Projects team. We manage all types of transportation for our clients—over-dimensional and containerized—making each day unique and dynamic. If you are passionate about global operations, energized by complex coordination across multiple stakeholders (often in remote regions), and thrive as a collaborative team player, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the movement of transport, lifting, and installation equipment from installation sites across Europe to consolidation hubs.
• Manage sea transport of equipment to production facilities for reuse, primarily in APAC.
• Participate in planning processes to determine:
  • Equipment needs in production
  • Timing of on-site installation and pickup readiness
  • Lead times for optimized transport planning
• Oversee project management activities to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
• Conduct site visits to coordinate with local stakeholders and gather local insights for optimized solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of landside transportation networks
• Experience with warehouse stuffing and container vessel forwarding
• General forwarding expertise
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset
