A Day in the Life Reporting to the Nordics Sales Manager, you will drive the "business of beauty" for SkinCeuticals in Denmark. Fully empowered with high autonomy and "freedom within a frame", you will manage your territory as your own business:
- Territory & Sales Ownership: Drive L4L growth, identify and sign premium aesthetic clinics, and secure turnover targets.
- Scientific & Medical Relations: Act as a key brand ambassador, conducting advanced clinical product training and sharing scientific insights.
- Market Activation: Plan local commercial campaigns, execute consumer events, and analyze market trends to optimize ROI.
We Are Looking For An agile commercial or aesthetic professional who:
- is a skin therapist, beautician, sales professional, (aesthetic) nurse or similar with a true passion for the aesthetic industry.
- has a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and preferably solid experience from working in an aesthetic clinic yourself.
- is ambitious, result- and solution-oriented with a strong sense of quality.
- is analytically strong, proactive, and thrive on proposing innovations, anticipating trends, and taking initiatives.
- is business- and sales-oriented, thrive in a competitive environment, and find that creating growth is a natural driver.
- brings strong competencies in Account Management, Channel Activation, Medical Relations, and Education.
- professional fluency in English and a Nordic language (Danish preferred).
- a valid driver's license.
