At MASCOT, fabrics are an essential part of our products. As our new Fabric Development Coordinator , you will support our Fabric Development team in managing fabric development activities from concept through to commercialisation.

You will coordinate with suppliers, mills and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on development, testing, approvals, documentation and production readiness.

The position is based at our head office in Pårup, Denmark, and you will be part of our Procurement area, reporting to the Head of Procurement & Quality.

Please note: To be considered for this position, you must already hold a valid work and residence permit that allows you to work in Denmark — or within the EU. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider candidates who do not already have the necessary permit in place.

The opportunity / what we offer

You will join an international environment where structured follow-up, collaboration and attention to detail are key to ensuring that fabric developments move forward efficiently and accurately.

Your tasks / what you’ll do
You will support the Fabric Development team throughout the development process.

Your main tasks include:

• Coordinating communication with suppliers and mills.
• Following up on samples, lab dips, testing and approvals.
• Maintaining development plans, reports and documentation.
• Supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier follow-up and production readiness.
• Helping ensure documentation, certification compliance and traceability of recycled materials.

You will work with systems such as MS Office, SAP, MS Teams and MS SharePoint .

Your skills / who you are / what you bring
We imagine that you have:

• 1–2 years of experience from the textile and/or apparel industry.
• Knowledge of fabric development, documentation and quality processes.
• Interest in supply chain management, recycled materials and textile certifications.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

Experience with suppliers in Asia or the East is an advantage, but not a requirement.

It is important that you are already legally entitled to work in Denmark or the EU through a valid work and residence permit.
