Job Description
Are you strong at stakeholder management and in Marketing Assets development?
We’re looking for a student worker passionate about Marketing with the desire to create world-class marketing assets. Additionally, we’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure an aligned approach to Intellectual Property partner submissions and help with day-to-day marketing deliveries. Join our Cross-Franchise Marketing team in the Global Product and Marketing Development (PMD) and be part of a team with 23 dedicated and passionate colleagues all located in Billund.

Core Responsibilities
Together with our other student workers, you will support our department in ensuring that marketing assets are being submitted to our various Intellectual Property partners for approval. You will also support development of Marketing assets, such as, E-COM copy & assets, Packaging graphics, Brand Catalogue, etc.

Primary tasks will be:

• Submit marketing assets for Intellectual Property partners as well as go through feedback
• Ensure our partners are keeping their deadlines
• Support the Cross-Franchise Marketing team on day-to-day-related Marketing deliveries and drive assets development such as E-COM assets, E-COM copy, packaging graphics, etc.
• Support maintenance of Cross-Franchise Marketing SharePoint site.
• Watermarking of highly confidential products

Besides being ambitious and eager to learn, you are helpful and known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the organization. Moreover, you are structured and strive to help optimize the way we work. Your background:

• You are well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g. Cand.Merc), and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business School during 2026.
• You have a good understanding of marketing, and it is an advantage if your studies include relevant communication and marketing courses.
• We're working with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• You have an eye for details.
• You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Start date and working hours
Start date is ideally August 1st, 2026. Workload will be around 12-15 hours a week. Your primary working space is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate school.
