Area Sales Manager – DACH and Europe
Based in Germany | Home office | Technical B2B Sales
Our client TRESU is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.

You will be responsible for both developing existing customers and creating new businesses with OEMs, end users and agents. The role combines technical solution selling, business development and long-term customer relationship management.

You will be based in Germany, working from your home office, and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer at TRESU’s headquarters in Denmark.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop sales with existing and new OEM customers and end users
• Actively creating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
• Sell machinery, capital equipment, systems and technical solutions
• Manage complex sales processes from first contact to agreement
• Develop key accounts and long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with engineering, project management, service and aftersales
• Participating in customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events
• Maintain a structured sales process and CRM pipeline

Your profile
You have several years of experience in technical B2B sales, machinery or solution sales and are comfortable working with complex and longer sales cycles. You are commercially driven, proactive and structured, with a strong ability to build relationships and create new opportunities.
Experience from industries such as packaging, flexographic printing, converting, machinery manufacturing or industrial automation is an advantage.
