Vi søger en dansktalende Customer Support Associate, der kan give vores lejere og udlejere svar, når de henvender sig — og ro i maven, når noget driller. Det er i supporten, tilliden til Rumli bliver bygget hver dag.
Du arbejder tæt sammen med både vores Software Support- og Property Management-team. Det ene øjeblik hjælper du en presset lejer med at finde en klar vej frem. Det næste spotter du et tilbagevendende problem, som vores udviklere kan forenkle eller automatisere. Dit arbejde kan mærkes direkte — både hos kunderne og i produktet.
Hvad vi gør
Ejendomsadministration er grundlæggende i stykker. Den holdes tilbage af 90'er-software og lineær skalering: flere lejere er lig med mere manuelt arbejde.
Vi automatiserer tunge opgaver med lav værdi som bankafstemning, inkasso og juridiske påkrav for at fjerne menneskelige fejl og bureaukrati fra lejeopkrævning. Ved at fjerne det, der står i vejen, gør vi det muligt for udlejere og lejere at kommunikere ordentligt og sætter den menneskelige relation tilbage i centrum af forretningen — og det er i 1.-linjesupporten, den relation opstår.
Rumli er et stempel for kvalitet og tillid i et rodet marked. Efter flere år med at skalere vores software til tusindvis af brugere genopbygger vi nu hele vores stak fra bunden med AI som fundament. Vi bevæger os fra at være softwareleverandør til at være en fuld-service ejendomsoperatør. Vi bygger ikke bare platformen; vi driver den selv.
Dine opgaver
Være det første kontaktpunkt for lejere, udlejere og tredjeparter — på telefon, e-mail og i vores supportsystem.
Tage telefonen med ro og varme — også når personen i den anden ende er presset.
Forstå hver sag, finde en enkel løsning og følge op, så ingenting falder mellem to stole.
Vurdere, hvornår en sag skal videre, og sørge for en smidig overlevering til den rette kollega.
Spotte tilbagevendende spørgsmål, så vi kan løse årsagen — ikke kun symptomet.
Du passer godt til rollen, hvis du
Er glad for telefonkontakt. Du får energi af at hjælpe mennesker og vil have, at de lægger på med en god oplevelse — ikke bare en lukket sag.
Bevarer roen. Du holder overblikket og en ordentlig tone, når flere ting kalder på dig samtidig.
Tager fat selv. Du venter ikke på, at problemer løser sig — du finder svarene.
Kommunikerer klart og varmt. Du kan forklare det tekniske i et sprog, alle forstår.
Lærer hurtigt. Du sætter dig hurtigt ind i nye værktøjer og er nysgerrig på, hvordan tingene hænger sammen.
Taler dansk og engelsk. Flydende dansk i skrift og tale — og komfortabel på engelsk, som er vores interne arbejdssprog.
Du behøver ikke en bestemt uddannelse eller et langt CV. Rollen passer lige så godt tidligt i karrieren som senere. Vi lægger vægt på, hvordan du arbejder, og hvordan du behandler mennesker — ikke på eksamensbeviser. Har du før hjulpet kunder under pres, er det et plus.
