Opportunity for an experienced Legal and Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our NRB Legal and Compliance organization . A strong background in legal and compliance administration is preferred.

This position reports to Head of Legal.

?? Location: Denmark, Finland, or Baltics region

Your role:

• Provide adminstrative support to the Legal & Compliance team.
• Coordinate filings, document management and manage retention process.
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal and compliance documents, including preparation of presentations.
• Manage and organize calendars, meetings and travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Support compliance and data privacy reporting

Your expertise:

• Experience in a legal or compliance administrative role.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken are essential. Fluency in one of the Nordics or Baltics languages is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience working in an international global company or law firm environment beneficial.
