As we approach our busiest conference season, we are looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to join our Food and Beverage team and help us deliver the best service in the city.

The Role: Be the Face of Guest Experience

As an Extra Waiter, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction is friendly and efficient. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will work across various departments, with opportunities for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Elevate the Experience:From greeting and seating guests to taking orders and resolving concerns, you will provide top-tier service every step of the way.

• Versatile Service:Whether you are working a grand banquet for 1,000 guests or managing intimate settings in our Meetings and Events department, you will bring excellence to every table.

• Operational Excellence:Maintain a sharp focus under pressure, ensuring high service levels with minimal errors.

• Cleanliness & Hygiene:You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in your section and supporting your colleagues in doing the same.

Contract Details

We offer a zero-hours contract with an excellent hourly rate. Shifts are posted in our master schedule system, and you can freely apply based on your availability, a perfect arrangement for those with a flexible mindset. Additionally, our hotel has many departments, and when the high season concludes, our best performers are welcome to support operations across other departments.
