Sales Manager for technical B2B sales

Do you want to help wastewater treatment plants achieve climate neutrality?
As our new Sales Manager for Unisense Environment, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations and long-term planning and forecasting of sales activities. You will work closely with our distributors and partners around the world, and you will have direct contact with customers in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

You will manage our sales engineer(s), and you will be responsible for the daily handling of enquiries and orders, and for developing the role and the way we work with customers. You will report directly to our CEO and be a part of our extended management team. You can look forward to making your mark on the company with your input to the management and the board on everything from products to market planning and sales processes.

Here’s a quick overview of your future job:

• Hands-on sales activities; e-mails, quotes and orders
• Commercial and technical support and training for our distributors and partners
• Sales strategy, market planning, forecasting
• Ensure consistency and structure across our sales activities
• Travel to distributor and partner visits, user days, and trade shows in Denmark and abroad
• Work with marketing to share kN 2 Owledge of nitrous oxide emissions and wastewater treatment and to raise awareness of our product
• Work with top management and the board in strategic decisions

Here are some of the skills and qualities we are looking for in our new Sales Manager:

• An outgoing and proactive salesperson who is both a strong relationship-builder and capable of working independently
• Comfortable navigating technical products, with proven experience in technical sales
• Enjoy both hands-on sales and the strategic decision-making process
• Interested in working on a green agenda at a small company where we all pull together
• Proficient in Danish and English at a business negotiation level. German or other languages will be an advantage.
• Residence within driving distance of Aarhus
