Flex Wind
Flex Wind is a rapidly growing provider of comprehensive wind turbine installation and blade repair services, operating on both onshore and offshore wind farms. We are present in Europe, South America, and Africa, with our European team already consisting of nearly 300 highly skilled technicians.
The year 2025 marks another milestone for us—a time of dynamic growth, expansion into new markets, and the further development of our service portfolio. We plan to broaden our scope even further and establish partnerships with new strategic clients. Growth is our driving force—we are ready for new challenges and ambitious projects that will help shape the future of the wind energy industry.

Vestas Pre-assembly
? Location: Europe
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Vestas offshore platforms during preassembly phase
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wind industry
- Fluent English (min.B2)
- Valid Category B driving license
- Ability to work at heights
- Certifcates:
- Full GWO BST,
- Full GWO BTT,
- Chester Step and OGUK
- and other Vestas specific certificates needed for work on Vestas projects
