Do you want to help develop the next generation of electronics solutions for advanced compressor-based applications?

At BITZER Electronics, we are strengthening our hardware competencies and are looking for an experienced Control Electronics Hardware Engineer for new strategic development projects.

You will strengthen our development team and work closely together in the projects with other professional groups.

The role
As a Hardware Engineer at BITZER Electronics, you participate in the entire development process – from concept and specification to testing, validation and transition to production.

Your tasks will include:

• Development of complete hardware solutions for BITZER Electronics products, including:
  • microcontroller
  • control and measurement circuits
  • I/O
  • HMI
  • sensors
• Ensuring high product reliability through clever and robust design choices
• Focus on product synergy and reuse across solutions
• Interpretation and compliance with relevant standards (safety, EMC, etc.)
• Documentation of design, decisions and tests
• Close technical sparring and collaboration throughout the project and development phase

You will join a professional team with a strong focus on quality and continuous learning. Developing and strengthening individual competencies is a natural part of how we work.

It is an independent and technically demanding role, offering meaningful responsibility in a professional environment built on respect for each other’s expertise.

Your primary focus is the design of control and measurement circuits as well as the technical integration between hardware and software. You work with MCU close design and ensure a stable and well-documented interaction between electronics, mechanics and software.

Your background and way of working
We imagine that you:

• Are an engineer – or a technician with solid and relevant experience
• Have 5–10+ years of experience in control electronics
• Works in a structured, systematic manner and follows tasks all the way to the end
• Thrive in a dialogue-based development environment with strong professional profiles
• Can work both in detail and with a helicopter view
• Sees documentation as a natural part of professional development work
• Have experience with OrCAD or similar tools
