Vil du være den strategiske drivkraft bag stærke partnerskaber med vores største kunder? Som Account Manager for Large Accounts bliver du den centrale rådgiver og relationsejer for Hiltis store kunder. Du arbejder tæt på kundens forretning og er ansvarlig for at styrke samarbejdet og sikre, at vores løsninger gør en reel forskel for kunden.
Hvad du gør
Som Account Manager for Large Accounts får du strategisk salgsansvar for kunder med flerstrenget beslutningsstrukturer og store projekter. Dine arbejdsopgaver vil inkludere:
- Skab stærke kunderelationer: Opbyg og styr langsigtede partnerskaber. Forstå kundens forretning, beslutningsveje og økonomiske drivere, og positioner Hilti som en værdiskabende samarbejdspartner.
- Driv salg og aftaleøkonomi: Led den kommercielle agenda med prisopsætning, årsaftaler og marginoptimering. Sikr, at aftaler efterleves, og optimer samarbejdet gennem professionalisme og forhandling.
- Identificer og udvikl muligheder: Analyser kundens pipeline, projekter og organisatoriske mønstre for at spotte nye muligheder tidligt og omsætte dem til konkrete initiativer, der øger produktivitet og samarbejdets værdi.
- Vær til stede i markedet: Kombiner møder på direktionsniveau med tilstedeværelse på byggepladser, hvor du rådgiver, demonstrerer løsninger og indsamler kritiske indsigter om processer, tidsforbrug og forbedringspotentiale, der kan styrke kundens totaløkonomi.
Hvad du skal have med
- Har erfaring med B2B-salg, rådgivning eller tekniske løsninger, gerne med storkunder eller længerevarende salgsprocesser
- Arbejder proaktivt og driver dit distrikt som din egen forretning
- Motiveres af at skabe værdi for kunden og lukke en god aftale
- Skaber tillid og partnerskaber på tværs af hierarkier og navigerer sikkert i komplekse organisationer
- Arbejder struktureret med salgsprocesser, herunder CRM og opfølgning, så du holder overblik og momentum
- Bor i Storkøbenhavn
