Dine arbejdsopgaver:
Solution Architect rådgiver kunderne om deklarative funktioner i Salesforce.
Du vil arbejde med udfordrende og givende projekter, hvor du deler din viden med vores multinationale kundevirksomheder og coacher en gruppe af dygtige fagfolk hos Fluido.
Det du vil være ansvarlig for:
- Aktiv påvirkning af kundernes praksis og beslutninger vedrørende Salesforce
- Udfordring af kundernes tankegang og status quo i forbindelse med deres Salesforce-løsning
- Forståelse af formålet med løsningen ud fra et forretningsmæssigt synspunkt
- Præsentation og formidling af tekniske emner til både forretningsmæssige og tekniske interessenter, og fungere som bindeled mellem forretnings- og udviklingsteam(s)
- Omsætte forretningsmæssige krav til softwaredesign
- Hjælpe kunderne med at omdanne deres salgs-, service- eller marketingprocesser til holdbare løsninger ved hjælp af bedste praksis i Salesforce
- Formidling af tankeledelse til kunden for at sikre, at de definerede succeskriterier opfyldes/foreslå køreplaner for forbedringer på forretningskapacitetsniveau, der kan omsættes til yderligere projektmoduler og køreplaner for Salesforce-forbedringer
- Fremme estimater for nye projekter/arbejde for tillæg til allerede aftalte kundeydelser
- Sikring af projektets kvalitet, udrulningseffektivitet og leverance – foreslå korrigerende foranstaltninger
Kompetencer vi er på udkig efter:
- Mindst 5 års erfaring med Salesforce
- Dybtgående Salesforce-administration og deklarative færdigheder
- Dyb forståelse og erfaring med forskellige Salesforce-produkter og bedste praksis
- Erfaring inden for rådgivning
- Forståelse af mindst én færdighed inden for forretningspraksis
- Salg
- Kundeservice
- Field service
- Markedsføringsautomatisering
- Business intelligence
- Portaler/fællesskaber
- e-handel
- Gode kommunikationsevner
- Evne til at motivere andre
- Høj grad af dansk og engelsk
