Digital Workplace Supporter

JP/Politikens Hus søger en IT-Supporter til Digital Workplace-teamet i København. Stillingen omfatter IT-support i en af Danmarks større medie virksomheder med flere lokationer og samarbejde i et team på 10 personer, der arbejder på tværs af vores kontorer i Aarhus og Rådhuspladsen i København. Stillingen indebærer telefonvagter samt tekniske opgaver og der må forventes periodiske rejser mellem Aarhus, København og andre udenlandske lokationer. Der må yderligere forventes at indgå i en rådighedsvagt uden for normal arbejdstid på sigt.
Hvad kan du forvente?
- Yde teknisk support til vores medarbejdere via telefon, e-mail og on-site
- Fejlfinding og problemløsning på hardware og software
- Administration og vedligeholdelse af Microsoft 365 miljøet
- Håndtering af sager i vores ITSM system (ServiceNow)
- Supportere Videokonference udstyr i mødelokaler
- Support af print- og kopiløsninger
- Klargøre hardware og software på både Windows/Mac og mobiltelefoner
- Implementering af nye løsninger og opdateringer i Microsoft 365
- Dokumentation af processer og løsninger
- Brugervejledninger
Hvad forventer vi af dig
Som Digital Workplace Supporter forventes det, at du har en IT-relateret uddannelse eller relevant baggrund. Vi ser gerne, at du har flere års erfaring inden for området samt kompetencer på systemadministratorniveau i Microsoft 365 og/eller Mac administrationsløsninger (eks JAMF). Kendskab til øvrige Microsoft-teknologier såsom Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, PowerShell mv. betragtes som en fordel.
Du er selvstændig, løsningsorienteret og kan kommunikere tekniske løsninger klart til ikke-tekniske brugere. Du trives med stramme deadlines i et miljø med hyppige udgivelser på flere platforme.
Kommunikationen i huset foregår både på Dansk og Engelsk, hvorfor det forventes at du behersker begge dele både mundtligt og skriftligt.
Du skal brænde for den gode brugeroplevelse og tænke i løsninger frem for begrænsninger.

Stillingen er på fuld tid og løn forhandles efter kvalifikationer. Det daglige arbejde foregår på Rådhuspladsen i København. Der vil være mulighed for hjemmearbejde i det omfang det giver mening for teamet og dine arbejdsopgaver.
