Project Description
The Annual Business Plan (ABP) is a vital management process in Coloplast Chronic Care, translating market insights into commercial priorities, initiatives, and cross-functional plans for the upcoming fiscal year. Presently, ABP evaluations rely heavily on manual and qualitative reviews, creating inconsistencies in assessing the quality, ambition, and success potential of proposed initiatives across markets.

In this project, you will explore how AI can be harnessed to systematically structure historical ABP submissions and identify patterns in initiatives that correlate with subsequent commercial performance and execution success. By analyzing 3-5 years of country ABP data - including market expectations, commercial priorities, planned initiatives, and underlying assumptions—and linking these to performance outcomes, you will provide valuable insights to the Commercial Excellence team.

Your findings will support more fact-based prioritization and capital allocation decisions, ultimately strengthening the annual planning process.

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with structured and unstructured data

• Ability to translate data insights into practical commercial recommendations
• Curiosity about annual planning, sales execution and performance management
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
