Job Title: Smart PV & BESS Solution Manager Employment: Full time Start Date: ASAP Country: Denmark, Copenhagen - Model: Hybrid Salary range: 50.000 - 70.000 DKK/month, dependent upon experience Contact: Ramya on: Se telefonnummer på manningglobal.zohorecruit.eu Key Responsibilities Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations on PV/BESS sales strategy and product roadmap in Denmark and Scandinavia(Sweden/Norway/Finland). Support PV/BESS product planning by analysing technical requirements, product functions and licensing requirements for the Denmark/Scandinavian market. Analyse the development trends of the solar inverter and energy storage markets in Denmark/Scandinavia. Monitor and analyse competitors’ strategies and operations in Denmark/Scandinavia. Carry out technical solution validation with customers and optimize solutions to maintain technological competitiveness. Deliver technical sales for FusionSolar Smart PV and Energy Storage Solutions. Support project bidding activities, including preparation of BOM and quotation documents. Lead the development of competitive LCOE analysis for complex project scenarios. Build in-depth expertise in FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions, and promote solutions for large-scale PV plants by resolving technical barriers and clarifying technical misunderstandings. Collaborate with Account Managers/Business developers to communicate the technical and commercial value of FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions to customers’ technical decision-makers. Support the local ecosystem, including distributors and channel partners. Act as a solution expert and support key customer workshops. Experience/Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of working experience, including at least 3 years within the solar PV industry. Over 2 years of experience in solution / technical sales, with direct ownership of customer relationships and projects. Proven extensive experience managing complex organisations and projects, paired with solid knowledge of relevant systems and products. Understanding of communication and IT solutions applied in solar systems. Hands-on experience with solar system installation is preferred. Must have a technical background; an electrical / electronic engineering background is highly preferred. Bachelor and above. Deep technical knowledge of solar inverters, PV, BESS systems. Familiar with DC and AC power systems; high-voltage operation licence is required where mandated by local authorities. Awareness of on-site safety risks and accountability for team members during site work. Capable of delivering both technical presentations and business-focused presentations Love to work in a multicultural working environment. Language skill requirement: Fluent in both German and English.
