Vivicta söker nu en erfaren 2nd line-tekniker till ett kunduppdrag i industriell och säkerhetskritisk miljö. Du kommer tillhöra ett team som sitter i Örnsköldsvik .
När du börjar hos Vivicta som Service Desk 2nd line
Du kommer arbeta med felsökning och lösning av mer komplexa IT-ärenden som eskaleras från 1st line. Rollen är operativ och varierad, med stort ansvar för stabil drift, hög tillgänglighet och leverans enligt SLA i verksamhetskritiska miljöer. Arbetet omfattar främst Incident Management, men även Problem- och Change Management enligt ITIL.
Arbetsuppgifter
• Felsökning och hantering av komplexa IT-incidenter
• Administration och support inom Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 och Exchange
• Arbete med nätverk: konfigurera routrar och switchar, patchning samt stöd till användare vid nätverksrelaterade problem
• Samarbete och eskalering mot andra tekniska team
• Dokumentation och förbättring av arbetssätt
• Praktiskt arbete kan förekomma, exempelvis installation, flytt och hantering av IT-utrustning
Vi söker dig som
• Har flerårig erfarenhet av Service Desk eller 2nd line-support (3+ år)
• Har god teknisk bredd och kan arbeta självständigt
• Är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad
• Har starkt kund- och säkerhetsfokus
• Har B-körkort
Meriterande
• Kunskap i PowerShell
• Erfarenhet av ITIL samt Problem- och Change Management
• Erfarenhet av ServiceNow
