Then this exciting position as Brand Manager for Arla Cultura® and Arla LactoFREE® might be for you!

You will join our Marketing department with 50 passionate and skilled colleagues and become part of the Arla Brand & Sustainability team. In this role, you will lead the local brand agenda for Arla Cultura® and Arla LactoFREE®, driving profitable growth through strong consumer understanding, analytical performance management and impactful execution. Working closely with sales, finance, category, innovation, global brand teams and external agencies, you will translate commercial opportunities into clear priorities and results in the Danish market. The role is based in Viby, Aarhus, and reports to the Arla Brand & Sustainability Director.

How you will make an impact
In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening the position and performance of Arla Cultura® and Arla LactoFree® in Denmark. You will translate consumer insights, market dynamics and commercial opportunities into clear brand plans and concrete execution across the full marketing mix.

You will be expected to take leadership of the agenda, set clear priorities and drive progress through a broad stakeholder landscape. This includes close cooperation with local category teams, sales, finance and supply chain, as well as alignment with global brand teams to ensure that local Danish plans are sharp, relevant and commercially impactful.

More concretely, you will

• Own and drive the local brand plans for Arla Cultura® and Arla LactoFree®, including yearly business planning, portfolio priorities, communication, activation and performance follow-up
• Drive brand and business performance through strong analysis of sales, market share, pricing, margin development, campaign efficiency and consumer trends
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across the portfolio, including innovation, renovation, assortment, pack, price and activation opportunities
• Lead and participate in selected innovation and renovation projects from idea to launch, in close collaboration with colleagues across the value chain
• Develop strong communication and activation plans across ATL, BTL, digital, in-store and shopper touchpoints, ensuring clear brand consistency and commercial impact
• Act as the key local point of contact towards global brand teams, bringing Danish market input into strategy, creative development and innovation priorities
• Manage brand budgets and investment priorities with a clear focus on value creation, efficiency and profitable growth

What will make you successful
You are commercially minded, analytically sharp and motivated by taking ownership of brand- and business performance. You know how to turn insights into action, confidently navigate complexity and drive results through a broad stakeholder landscape. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you are equally at ease setting direction, making fact-based recommendations and ensuring perfect execution.

The ideal candidate brings solid experience from a relevant marketing position, ideally within FMG or the food industry, with a strong understanding of brand building, portfolio- and performance management. You have experience developing communication campaigns and assets across ATL and BTL channels, as well as media planning.
