70:20:10 approach to learning

We have built our approach to learning on the 70:20:10 model. 70:20:10 is based on evidence that approximately 70% of learning and development happens through experience, around 20% through others, while about 10% comes from training.

Our Ørsted Academy offers a wide variety of customised talent and development programmes that offer employees professional and personal growth at every career stage. Our three talent programmes, Galaxy, Apollo and Columbus, support high potential talent in developing capabilities to succeed at the next level.

A decade ago, we initiated our transformation from a black to a green energy company. Since then, we’ve reduced our use of coal by 73% and more than halved our carbon emissions.
