Customer Service Summer Intern

We are currently 26 people working at Auto Finance Oy, in Kamppi (Helsinki) and we are now on the lookout for a customer focused, team oriented and efficient Customer Service Summer Intern. You will be part of a customer service team currently consisting of 10 people.

About the role
As a Customer Service Summer Intern , you will strive to increase customer satisfaction by identifying and assessing customers’ needs, answering questions, and performing daily operational activities for importer, dealer, and end user customers, by phone and email. The role is full-time and temporary until the end of October.

Specific tasks will include:

Contract -, payment -, and complaint management.
Assist customers in resolving product or service problems.
Help dealers use DNB tools (Wholesale, Dealerweb, Applicator and DMS integrations).
Daily operational activities within DNB Auto Finance main operating systems (Wholesale/Applicator/Merkur).
Support credit function with individual car financing credit decisions.
Follow DNB organizations regulations and policies.
Various other separately assigned tasks within DNB Auto Finance Oy.

Your competency profile:

Relevant education in Business Administration or related field.
Recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant job experience.
Knowledge of leasing industry considered as a strength.
Profiency in Finnish and English (oral and written), Swedish proficiency a bonus.
Strong team player.
Customer-oriented with adaptability to diverse situations.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Positive hands-on attitude with a passion for achievement.
Willingness to learn and grow within the car financing sector.
